BACKGROUND

Hidalgo County Commissioners’ Court approved authority to negotiate contract with the LAZCAMREA, LLC dba Fulcrum Consulting Services for the purpose of professional engineering services for the City of Progreso Street Improvements project. See attached negotiated contract and Work Authorization No. 1.

 Contract Amount:                       $33,790.00

Available Funds:                         $70,192.86     FY 30 (2017) Street Improvement funds
