Subject to Compliance with HB 1295, requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract for professional engineering services with LAZCAMREA, LLC dba Fulcrum Consulting Services in the amount of $33,790.00 utilizing CDBG FY 30 & 31 (2017 & 2018) City of Progreso – Street Improvement funds.
2. Approval of Work Authorization No. 1 for LAZCAMREA, LLC dba Fulcrum Consulting Services in the amount of $33,790.00.

Hidalgo County Commissioners’ Court approved authority to negotiate contract with the LAZCAMREA, LLC dba Fulcrum Consulting Services for the purpose of professional engineering services for the City of Progreso Street Improvements project. See attached negotiated contract and Work Authorization No. 1.
