a. Pursuant to contract with L&G Engineering, (Article 14) C-15-300-09-01,  a request for approval by engineer to permit the subcontracting of Quintanilla, Headley & Associates, Inc. and Ergonomic Transportation Solutions, Inc., for ROW Map and Traffic Signal Services for the Pct 2 Cesar Chavez Road Project.
