BACKGROUND

On January 15, 2019, Commissioner’s Court ranked and approved contract
negotiations with  Cruz-Hogan Consultants, Inc., for Professional Engineering Services.   See attached Contract, Work Authorization, HB 1295 and Certificate of Liability Insurance.

Contract Amount:           $39,550.00

Available Funds:            $ 275,084.00            2018 San Juan Street Improvement
