Requesting approval of a program amendment for the City of San Juan. The proposed amendment is for the Fiscal Year 30 (2017) Work Plan.
BACKGROUND
A Public Hearing and a Regular City Commission Meeting was held on July 9, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. at the San Juan City Hall. Program Amendment was approved and citizen participation requirements have been met. The City of San Juan approved the program amendment as proposed for FY 30 (2017). Surplus funding from the 2017 Street Improvement line item will be utilized for the paving of the existing 2018 Street Improvements Project. Project includes the reconstruction of Shufford St., Find Road, Mayfair St., Hampton St. and Taylor St. See attached copy of Public Hearing Notice, Sign In Sheet, City Excerpts of Meeting Minutes.
