BACKGROUND
The City of Donna is requesting approval to become a participating jurisdiction of the Hidalgo County Urban County Program Consortium for federal fiscal years 2019 and 2020. The city understands that they are not eligible for grant funding for year 2019. Federal funds will be available to the city in the fiscal program year 2020. Cooperative Agreement has been reviewed and approved by Hidalgo County Legal Counsel and is attached for review.
