Requesting declaration of public purpose pursuant to the Tex. Const. Art. 3 Sec 52 for the purpose of outreach items for a period of 03/24/2020 to 12/31/2020.  

Said items will serve a public purpose through educational, instructional and outreach programs.  Items are introduced to the community ot assist in interaction with participants and to assist in bringing awareness and outreach efforts as a means to comply with program requirements.  
Items will include but not limited to:  e-runner sports bags, weekly round pill organizers, pocket coin bags, champion 28 oz travel sports bottles, 7 in 1 manicure & pedicure sets, compact umbrellas, premium toothbrush travel kits, 3 pocket polyester fanny packs; very cool cooling towels, 26 oz. jogger bottle flip top lids - solid colors, eco spiral notebook w/pens, stress balls, exercise stretch bands, 2-cup measuring cups, veggie brush w/ peelers, small bamboo cutting boards, kitchen scales, bravo expanding display kits (single-sided);  7.5 qt. engel coolers / drybox, revello journals (5x7), 1" hard enamel lapel pens, foil stamped presentation folders with square corners and 2 pockets, large square corner presentation folders with 2 pockets (9x12) printer in full color, travel duffel bags, 5 oz. cotton drawstring cinch-up backpacks.
