“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Foremost Paving, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $459,382.00 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 28-31 (2015- 2018) La Joya Street Improvement Funds.
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on March 11, 2020 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Foremost Paving, Inc. Project consists of Street Improvements within the City of La Joya. Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor’s general liability insurance. Project engineer firm is Hinojosa Engineering, Inc.
