BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on May 6, 2020 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Longhorn Services, Inc. Project consists of Street Improvements within the City of Elsa. Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor’s general liability insurance. Project engineer firm is CSJ Group.
