Requesting approval of the Memorandum of Agreement with the National Foundation for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and for County Judge to sign the MOA and the Certification of Non-Supplanting. The purpose of the agreement is to allow CDC Foundation employees to work at the Hidalgo County Health & Human Services locations as part of the COVID-19 CoAg Surge Staffing project. The term of the MOU is from the signature date of the latter of the parties to sign, and end on March 31, 2021.
