Constable Pct. 2 - Local Border Security Program (1284):
1. Authorization and approval to accept grant award from the Office of the Governor-Homeland Security Grants Division (OOG-HSGD) in relation to the FY 2021 (9-1-2020 to 8-31-2021) Local Border Security Program (LBSP) grant in the amount of $35,000.00 with authority for County Judge, as authorized official, to accept award electronically.
2. Authorization to pay overtime reimbursable under the grant terms and conditions.
3. Approval of certification of revenues, as certified by the Co. Auditor, for the FY 2021 Local Border Security Program (LBSP) in the amount of $35,000.00 and appropriation of same.

On February 11, 2020 (AI-74247) Commissioner's Court approved the acceptance to apply for the FY21 Local Border Security Program from the Office of the Governor Homeland Security Grants Division (OOG-HSGD) through e-grants. Grant no 3002106. Grant term Sept. 01, 2020 to August 31, 2021.
