BACKGROUND

CO #7-Relocate proposed signal pole @ 23rd St, Add 2 well gates, Add 17ft of RCB, introduce 3rd traffic control change, replace exisiting pedestrian elements @ McColl Rd, Replace 18 pedestrian two way indicators, increase rip rap quantities due to plan error, and negogiate asphalt millings.

Change Order 6 will decrease the contract ($407,003.83)
