BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the CDBG-DR GLO 2015 Housing Program office by the County Commissioners’ Court on December 22, 2020. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.
