3. Authorization for County Judge Richard F. Cortez to sign any and all documents related to COVID 19 CDBG-CD 3 funding.

The Project lines items being amended are as follow:
A draft copy of the Substantial Amendment for the 2020 Annual Action Plan (CDBG-CV 3) was made available for public review at the Urban County Program office, Hidalgo County Precinct offices and the county website for a five (5) day comment period beginning on April 5, 2021 and ending on April 9, 2021. All comments received will be noted in the final COVID-19 Substantial Amendment to the 2020 Annual Action Plan (CDBG-CV 3) submitted to HUD.
The Project lines items being amended are as follow:
