Urban County Program (UCP) is requesting consideration and approval a Resolution authorization the submission of a 2021-2022 Colonia Fund: Construction (CFC) application in the amount up to $1,000,000.00; and Authorize the County Judge, Richard F. Cortez to act as the County’s Executive Officer and Authorized Representative in all matters pertaining to the County’s participation in the Texas Department of Agriculture’s Texas Community Development Block Grant Program 2021-2022 CFC application.

This Resolution is required as part of the County’s participation in the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Texas Community Development Block Grant Program fund application. The funds will be utilized for lift station improvements and benefit low to moderate income persons residing in colonias. Please see the attached Resolution.
