1. Requesting approval to rescind action taken by (CC-03/30/21-AI-80143) and item #1 (CC-12/20/20-AI-78779) for ICA and First Amendment to the ICA between Hidalgo County and The University of Health Science Center of Houston for the “Tu Salud; Si Cuenta!” for a community outreach program/activities provided within Precinct 1 & 4.
2. Requesting approval of an updated ICA document by and between the University of Health Science Center of Houston on behalf of its Department of Brownsville Regional Campus and Hidalgo County to provide: Tu Salud/Si Cuenta for a community outreach program/activities within Precinct 1 & 4, with modified commencement date, November 23, 2020, expiring, September 30, 2021.
BACKGROUND
*Precincts involved in this program are both (Pct 1 & Pct 4) with agreement that Pct 4 will be the lead in this project and will coordinate all related expenditures/reimbursement requests to UT-Health.
