"Eddie" Guerra as Head of Department to sign the CEO Law Enforcement Certifications and Assurances Form for participation in all aspects of the programs and procedures utilized by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
BACKGROUND
This form will be required for all Office of the Governor (OOG) Grantees and as per the Department of Homeland Security, failure to submit this form will result in denial of all applications that benefit the department and may result in denial of applications submitted by other departments of the county.
