Subject to Compliance with HB 1295, requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with GNH Company LLC, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $99,051.00 utilizing La Villa Street Improvements, UCP funds from Fiscal Years FY 33 (2020).
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on May 26, 2021 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was GNH Company LLC. Project consists of Street Improvements for multiple streets within the city limits of La Villa. Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor’s general liability insurance. Project engineer firm is S&B Infrastructure.
