This transfer is necessary to correctly allocate funds in the new Transfers In/Out accounts due to changes in account structure. The amount of $104,000.00 was originally budgeted for these agreements. In addition, this transfer will fund difference needed for county cash match portion. The total county cash match is $106,062.92.
