Sec. 3 “Term”
“The term of this contract will be in effect through December 31, 2021, or until satisfactory delivery and acceptance of products and/or performance of services ordered, have been rendered and completed. This Agreement may be extended upon written agreement of the parties. Termination of the agreement shall not affect any applicable warranties. Hidalgo County also reserves the right to continue this bid for an additional sixty (60) day grace period at the end of the contract term for unforeseen delay of award for the next term and under the same rates, terms and conditions.”
