BACKGROUND
This interfund transfer is necessary to provide for the county's 2nd partial cash match funding for various DA grants to complete the fiscal year as well as to allocate the cash match funding in correct fiscal year. Victim Unit Court Advocate (VUCAP), Victim Assistance Prog. (VAP), and the Domestic Violence Specialty Prosecutor Grant (DVSP)
