Pursuant to Texas Constitution, Article 3, Sect. 52, requesting acceptance and approval of "Public Purpose" for the  purchase of miscellaneous items [i.e. printed materials, supplies and other related items] which assist in the Precinct's efforts in disseminating information on road conditions, closures, paving/drainage improvements, educational and health awareness, public safety services and programs affecting the community for FY 2022.

The promotional items will be utilized during outreach events to inform, train, relate progress, and educate constituents of Hidalgo County. In addition, items will be used for county-wide initiatives, programs, and recognition ceremonies which educate, inform, encourage/promote civic involvement and highlight meritorious accomplishments and efforts. Acquisition of promotional items and supplies will be through the requisition and purchase order process.
