HIDTA Task Force (1291):
1. Authorization and approval to accept the Cooperative Grant Agreement Award Number (FAIN) G22SS0002A between Hidalgo County and the Executive Office of the President Office of National Drug Control Policy in the amount of $775,705.00 for the grant period of 01/01/2022-12/31/2023.
2. Authorization and approval for Judge Richard Cortez to sign Grant Agreement and the Grant Conditions as authorized official.
3. Approval of certification of revenues, as certified by the County Auditor, for the FY 2022 HIDTA Task Force Grant in the amount of $775,705.00 and appropriation of same.

“The above Grant is approved subject to conditions or limitations as are set forth in the original Grant. Award I subject to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements in 2 C.F.R. Part 200 (the “Part 200 Uniform Requirements”) as adopted and implemented by the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) in C.F.R. Part 3603. For this award, the Part 200 Uniform Requirements supersede, among other things, the provisions of 28 C.F.R. Parts 66,67, and 70 as well as those of 2 C.F.R. Parts 215, 220, 225, and 230. This Grant Award document provides funding in the amount indicated in block 10. This represents the total FY2022 budget and spending ceiling for this grant, as indicated in block 11.”
