“Subject to compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract for Professional Engineering Services with Cruz-Hogan Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $22,250.00 utilizing CDBG FY 34 (2021) City of Alamo Water & Sewer Improvements Funding and approval of Work Authorization No. 1.
BACKGROUND
On March 22, 2022, Commissioner’s Court ranked and approved contract negotiations with Cruz-Hogan Consultants, Inc., for Professional Engineering Services. Project consists of upgrade to water and sewer lines. Project will include but not limited to the paving of adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity. Other expenditures will include professional engineering services, surveying, geotechnical and material testing fees, and all related appurtenances, etc. Location: Oneida Circle in Country Living Estates No. 2. See attached Contract, Exhibits, Work Authorization #1, Attachments, Certificate of Liability Insurance and HB1295 forms.
