Requesting discussion, consideration and approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston - Brownsville Campus and the County of Hidalgo. The purpose of the agreement is for both entities to collaborate and exchange data to track and analyze the Covid-19 data for the incidence of diseases and / or infection and the transmission of the disease in Hidalgo County and its impact on fatalities.
