BACKGROUND
Project Description: Abandon in place approximately 4.2 Miles of 4.5 inch natural gas pipeline designated as TGP's Line No. 407D-500. The abandonment will also include removal of all above ground facilities/ appurtenances along TGP's 407D-500 including valves, risers, fencing, communication towers, tanks, meters and buildings, located in Hidalgo County, Texas.
