“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Southern Trenchless Solutions, LLC., the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $454,900.00 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 32 - 34 (2019-2021) CDBG La Villa Water & Sewer Improvements Funds. 

The bid opening was held on September 7, 2022 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Southern Trenchless Solutions, LLC. Project consists of Water & Sewer Improvements for multiple locations within the city limits of La Villa. Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor’s general liability insurance. Project engineer firm is Fulcrum Consulting Services.
