Consideration and approval of Construction Contract Change Order No. 1 for the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Colonia Contract No. CFC21-0418 in the amount of $50,922.00 and authorize the County Judge to sign any and all documents associated with the Change Order.

BACKGROUND

The increase in construction contract price is due to additional bores, irrigation crossings, ditch crossing revisions, original ditch crossing credit and saw cut driveway credit. Funding for this change order increase will be covered by North Alamo Water Supply Corporation.

TDA Colonia Contract No. CFC21-0418 was awarded to Hidalgo County on March 11, 2022. Grant end date is February 29, 2024. Scope of work consist of the rehabilitation of the San Carlos #2 lift station and installation of sewer main.
