“Subject to compliance with HB 1295”, the Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract for Professional Engineering Services with Javier Hinojosa Engineering in the amount of $50,720.00 utilizing CDBG FY 31, 33, 34, 35 and 36  (2018, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023) Hidalgo Flood Drainage Improvements Funding and approval of Work Authorization No. 1.

On July 25, 2023, Commissioner’s Court ranked and approved contract negotiations with Javier Hinojosa Engineering, for Professional Engineering Services.  See attached Contract, Exhibits, Work Authorization #1, Attachments, Certificate of Liability Insurance and HB 1295 forms.
