1. Requesting approval to complete and submit credit applications, to establish a District account with Celina Tent, Inc, for the acquisition of fabric tents, accessories and supplies and the authority for the District General Manager or his designee to sign the credit application. 

2. Requesting approval to complete and submit credit application, to establish a District account with Hydradyne LLC, for the acquisition of hydraulic parts and the repair of hydraulic pumps, motors, and cylinders and the authority for the District General Manager or his designee to sign the credit application.
