BACKGROUND
Medline Industries, LP was designated a sole source vendor on April 30, 2024 for the purchase of Testing Start Up supplies for the overall operations of the Health Facility Bio Safety Lab. Delivery is expected within 60 days of receipt of purchase order. Quotes and required back up documents are attached.
