Discussion and consideration of approval to award and enter into a construction contract with Synergy Development & Construction, LLC the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $148,000.00.

The bid opening was held on May 29, 2024 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Synergy Development & Construction, LLC. Project consists of the purchase and installation of park equipment to include but not limited to lighting for the soccer field area at the all related appurtenances, etc. Attached is the letter of recommendation by Trinity MEP Engineering, LLC and contractor’s general liability insurance. UCP funds from Fiscal Year 2022 Mercedes Parks & Recreational Facilities Improvements Funds, all subject to compliance with HB 1295.
