A. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under Texas Local Government Code 262.024(a)(7)(A), items from which competition is precluded because of the existence of patents, copyrights, secret processes, or monopolies;
B. Acceptance and approval of a Sole Source Declaration for Astrophysics Inc. for the XIS line of X-ray inspection systems and all ancillary products and/or services for The Facilities Management Department, with said declaration to remain in effect while the declaration is in place or until revoked by HCCC;
C. Requesting authority to ratify Purchase Order No. 885267 for the purchase of replacement parts and services from Astrophysics Inc. in the total amount of $3,620.19.
