BACKGROUND
A proposed Substantial Budget and Program Amendment to the 2024 Annual Action Plan was made available for public review at the Urban County Program office, City of Edcouch, City of Donna, Precinct 4, Hidalgo County Court and County website for a thirty (30) day comment period beginning on February 26, 2025 and ending on March 28, 2025. All comments received will be noted in the final Plans submitted to HUD.
