AI-98079 on 01/28/2025 approved the purchase of the P-tier backhoe loader, however John Deere then required that Doggett provide a credit application with a copy of the drivers license for the lease signer. This AI seeks approval to sign and submit the newly added credit application requirement and to allow Commissioner David L. Fuentes to sign the lease agreement and be able to provide a copy of his Drivers License to satisfy this requirement.
