A. Request approval to enter into agreement to participate in Texas Municipal League (TML) New Cyber Liability and Data Breach Response pool coverage and authorize the District's General Manager to sign agreement. (Subject to final legal review).
BACKGROUND
Texas Municipal League currently insures the District for cybersecurity. Since cyber claims have increased significantly in number as well as in severity, they are setting up a separate pool for premiums of all insured. This agreement is for the District to participate in the pool.
