Pursuant to the Board's approval, requesting authority for the Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 to negotiate separate Contracts with each of the qualified proposers for the provision of "Title Company Services On-Call (on an as-needed basis)" for Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 Projects.
