BACKGROUND
Request for contract increase in the amount of $96,032.96 for additional work required to upsize the domestic water service line and backflow meter to accommodate the revised flow requirement. Also, to include the additional scope of work required to seal approximately 53,000 sq ft of existing soil within the designated pond area to facilitate the installation of a fishing pond. Requesting an additional 44 days due to additional work. Resulting in a new contract expiration date of 10/14/26.
