Discussion and consideration for approval to award and enter into contract with Quality Investments, A-One Insulation, & RG Enterprises, LLC dba G & G Contractors were the lowest responsible bidder in that amount of $643,148.00 for single-family housing demolition and reconstruction services.

The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.
 

1. (2) Units in the City of Mercedes in the total amount of $227,398.00 to Quality Investments
2. (1) Unit in the Countywide area of Edinburg in the total contract amount of $132,250.00 to A-One Insulation.
3. (1) Unit in the City of Hidalgo and (1) unit in the Countywide area of Donna in the total amount of $283,500.00 to RG Enterprises, LLC dba G & G Contractors.

Subject to compliance with HB 1295, when and if applicable.
