B.  Discussion, consideration, and approval for CGM to submit credentialing applications on behalf of Hidalgo County Health & Human Services – Public Health Clinics for the following and approval for the  Health Director to sign credentialing applications.:
1. Humana Health Insurance

This agenda request is to allow us to work with CGM to start the process of completing the credentialing applications for the lab and clinics.  Before submitting and signing the credentialing applications, we will have legal review the applications. For reference, we already have approved credentialing applications for the health clinics for the following: Medicaid, Medicare, Aetna, BCBS, UHC.  This process is to do the same for our lab and for our new health clinic.
