Requesting approval of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (ICA) between Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 and the City of La Villa for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects.
BACKGROUND
The City of La Villa has agreed to forfeit its CDBG funds to Hidalgo County, Precinct 1. The purpose is to allow Precinct No. 1 to complete street improvement projects identified in the City’s approved Urban County Program Action Plan. An Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (ICA) has been prepared to formalize this arrangement.
