Discussion, consideration and approval to award and enter into a construction contract with GOPE Construction, LLC. The lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $103,493.24 utilizing CDBG funds from Fiscal Year - 2024 Alamo Water/Sewer Improvement Funds.
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on September 3, 2025 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was GOPE Construction, LLC. Project consists of water line construction. Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer Cruz-Hogan Consultant, Inc. and contractor’s general liability insurance.
