BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on February 11, 2026 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was with Hellas Construction, Inc. Project consists of Park Lighting improvements. Attached is letter of recommendation by the project B2Z Engineering and contractor’s general liability insurance.
