3.  Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of                                             for the provision of Construction Materials Geo-Technical Testing Service for an Urban County Program Year 2025 Sullivan City Street Improvements project.

Project consists of new construction of Chayo Street and Paisano Street to include but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity. Other expenditures include professional engineering service fees, surveying geo-technical and construction material testing fees, and related appurtenances.
