1. Discussion, consideration, and approval of the final negotiated Professional Engineering service agreement   (C-23-0311-12-12) with L&G Consulting Engineers, Inc., for the Hidalgo County Precinct No.1 "Nolana Loop (FM 88- FM 907) Project", as ranked & approved by CC (07/25/23, AI-91748); with authority for County Judge to sign all required documentation.
2. Requesting approval of Work Authorization No.2 in the amount of $958,040.00, to provide Professional Engineering Services for Precinct No. 1, "Nolana Loop Project Section 4 (From FM 493 to FM 88) with authority for County Judge to sign all required documentation and issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
3. Pursuant to Article 14 of the Professional Service Agreement with L & G Consulting Engineers, Inc. requesting authority to engage sub-consultants, ROW Surveying Services, LLC; ETSI Group, LLC, and C&M Associates, Inc.
