BACKGROUND
Request for contract increase in the amount of $83,030.70 to reconfigure the pedestrian trail to an "S" curve alignment and will avoid the three (3) utility service lines on the west side of Shary Rd. Also address the incompressive materials encountered at the tunnel ramps and provide a concrete barrier adjacent to the pilot channel with a special retaining wall and chain link fence. Requesting an additional 30 days due to Design Modifications. Resulting in a new contract expiration date of 07/17/26.
