BACKGROUND
The Homeowner Rehabilitation Program projects, upon occasion, require design and surveys for single family housing properties. Due to the potential of future projects for single family properties surveys, the Urban County Program Staff is requesting a one (1) year contract for said services. County Commissioner Court approved authority to negotiate a one (1) year professional engineering services contract with the No. 1 rank firm KANE LINDSEY, LLC for the provision of single housing surveys on April 28, 2026.
