BACKGROUND
UCP is requesting approval to closeout the 2006 EDAP Project Contract # 726155. The contract with ASAGO L.L.C. for sewer improvements, sanitary sewer yard lines connections and septic tank remediation for Colonia La Palma in the City of Weslaco's ETJ area in Pct. # 1 has been completed.
