BUDGETARY IMPACT:
The County matches 100% of all costs related to Title IV-E County Child Welfare Services. However, the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services reimburses the county for part of the expenses when the county handles Title IV-E cases. Actual reimbursement is based on the Eligible Population Rate (EPR) in effect for the county during the month in which expenses are incurred. The reimbursement is then receipted in a General Fund Revenue account (1100-00-080-000-0000-431121 CRIM DA FED GOVOP-CAT TL IV-E).Attachments
