Discussion, consideration, and possible action related to an order of the Commissioners Court of Hidalgo County, Texas determining that the levy of an assessment on the Los Prados Public Improvement District is excessive and releasing, repealing, and rescinding the assessment levied on the District; and providing an effective date.
