BACKGROUND
On June 23th 2026 Commissioner’s Court approved contract negotiations with S2 Engineering, P LLC, for Professional Engineering Services. See attached Contracts, Exhibits, Work Authorization with Attachments, Certificate of Liability Insurance, and HB-1295 forms.
